Reindeer & Sleigh
Saturday 5th December 10.00am - 4pm Broad Street Car Park, Blaenavon This year Santa has decided that he would like to come to Blaenavon to do a bit of shopping in the Heritage Town before spending the weekend taking in the local sites and heading up to Blaenavon's Heritage Railway. Mrs Claus has decided to leave him to it and will be making herself at home up at The Big Pit. However, The Blaenavon Traders have convinced Mr & Mrs Claus that they should leave their sleigh and reindeer in Broad Street Car Park for the day for all the children to see and make their Christmas wishes. Children can even sit in Santa's sleigh and have their photo taken by a professional photographer with a photograph memento to take home with them. Entry to see the reindeer: Free A seat in Santa's sleigh: £2.00 which can be discounted against the cost of a photographic print on the day. Santa will also be making an appearance in his grotto as part of the Christmas Market on Sunday 6th December. Please note that Santa has warned us that the health and safety of his reindeer is very important, and they do need regular breaks from the public so that they do not lose their magic! Please respect his reindeer at all times.
