Blaenafon Cheddar Company

Blaenafon Cheddar Company

We are a specialist cheddar cheese company based in the World Heritage site of Blaenafon. At present we produce eight very distinctive cheddars and four varieties of goat's cheese. All our cheeses are hand made at our shop in Broad Street Blaenafon. Our Pwll Mawr cheddar is actually matured at the bottom of the mine shaft at Big Pit mining museum and can be bought at their gift shop.

Mountain Tours

Mountain Tours offers guided walks and mountain bike hire for the able bodied and disabled with a range of speciality cycles. Our guided walks are in and around the World Heritage Site of Blaenafon, South Wales. These are from easy rambles around the town to a 2 day pre-booked expedition. Our mountain bike routes will suit the able bodied and disabled. There is an optional pick up service available at 3 points along one of our suggested routes.
